Practical Training That Sticks
We don't deliver generic slide decks. Every training session is customized to your operation, your hazards, and your workforce. Our instructors bring real-world field experience — so your employees learn from people who understand what they face every day.

The 10-hour course is designed for entry-level workers; the 30-hour course is intended for supervisors, safety personnel, and those with safety responsibilities. Both courses result in an official OSHA completion card.

- OSHA 30-hour for supervisors — comprehensive safety management
- Available for General Industry and Construction
- Official OSHA completion card issued upon passing
Workplace Violence Prevention
California's SB 553 requires most employers to have a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan and provide employee training. Our training covers how to recognize warning signs, de-escalate threatening situations, report incidents, and respond to active threats. We help employers develop the required written plan and deliver the mandatory training to all employees.
- SB 553 compliant written plan development

- Incident reporting and documentation procedures
- Active threat response — Run, Hide, Fight protocols
Sexual Harassment Prevention
California law requires all employers with 5 or more employees to provide sexual harassment prevention training — 2 hours for supervisors (AB 1825) and 1 hour for non-supervisory employees (SB 1343). Our training meets all state requirements and covers the legal definition of harassment, employer obligations, reporting procedures, and bystander intervention strategies.
- AB 1825 compliant — 2-hour supervisor training
- SB 1343 compliant — 1-hour employee training
- Bystander intervention and reporting procedures
- Available in English and Spanish
Forklift / PIT Operator Safety
Powered industrial truck (PIT) incidents are among the leading causes of serious workplace injuries and fatalities. Cal/OSHA requires employers to certify every forklift operator before they operate equipment. Our training covers pre-operation inspections, load handling, pedestrian safety, refueling procedures, and site-specific hazards — followed by a practical evaluation and operator certification.
- Cal/OSHA Title 8 § 3668 compliant operator certification
- Pre-operation inspection and daily checklist procedures
- Load handling, stability, and capacity training
- Practical evaluation and site-specific hazard review
Tractor Safety
Tractor overturns are the leading cause of agricultural fatalities in California. Our tractor safety training covers rollover protective structures (ROPS), seatbelt use, safe operating procedures on slopes and uneven terrain, PTO hazards, and pre-operation inspections. Training is available in English and Spanish and is tailored to the specific equipment and terrain your operators encounter.

Lockout / Tagout (LOTO)
Failure to control hazardous energy during equipment maintenance is one of the most cited Cal/OSHA violations — and one of the most dangerous. Our Lockout/Tagout training teaches employees how to properly isolate energy sources before servicing machinery, covering electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and thermal energy. We also assist in developing machine-specific LOTO procedures.
- Cal/OSHA Title 8 § 3314 compliant training
- Energy isolation procedures for all energy types

Workers' Comp & Claims Management
Workers' compensation costs are one of the largest controllable expenses for California employers. Our training helps supervisors and HR personnel understand the claims process, their reporting obligations, and how to manage claims proactively — from first report of injury through return-to-work. We also help employers identify patterns that drive claims and implement corrective programs.
- First report of injury procedures and timelines
- Supervisor responsibilities in the claims process
- Return-to-work and modified duty program development
- Claims trend analysis and cost reduction strategies
Leadership Development
Safety culture starts with leadership. Our leadership development training is designed for supervisors, lead workers, and managers who set the tone for safety on the job site.
